Alexander Feldt built up the training department of a well-established VoIP telephony equipment manufacturer during 2007 and 2011. In this time he was responsable for the conceptual design of training courses, the creation of training material and the conduction of trainings for B2B reseller companies. Presence trainings were organized and conducted in e.g. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Denmark, UK, Portugal, South Africa, USA, Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Russia. Alexander Feldt also introduced E-Learning in order to provide online certification to worldwide B2B resellers.
